Compute variance for each goal as actual minus target and as a percentage of target, rank the three biggest misses and wins, and list questions we cannot yet answer with the data. Propose three changes to the launch checklist, each with an owner and a date. Use a table for the review with columns for goal, target, actual, variance, and probable cause (labelled evidence or hypothesis), and finish with the single decision the leadership team should make based on the results.
