Include a risk list such as prototypes that take too long to build and ways to reduce them, and a follow-up plan for the two weeks after the sprint. Add a worked schedule for day two (sketching) with invented timings: 09:30 review of the map and target, 10:15 lightning demos of existing solutions, 11:30 silent sketching in four rounds, 13:30 art-museum review of sketches, 14:30 heat-map voting, 15:15 decider's decision, 16:00 storyboard assembly. Add the facilitation prompts at each step. Label it an illustration. Provide a customer interview script of ten questions for day five with a note on observing without leading, a template for recording reactions per screen (clear, confusing, valuable, no reaction), and a rule for summarising across five sessions. Close with a decision framework for the Friday afternoon: build, change and retest, or stop, with evidence needed for each. Finish with a one-page sprint summary: the target, the prototype shown, what five customers did on each screen, the decision, and the three riskiest assumptions that remain untested after the week. Add a fallback for sessions where fewer than five customers attend.
