A 45-minute workshop plan with timings: principles (10), a model such as situation-behavior-impact (10), practice in pairs with scenarios (20), commitments (5). 2. Six scenario cards written in full. Each has the situation, a weak response, and a stronger response, for example "a colleague interrupts you in every meeting" or "a manager changes a deadline without asking". 3. Conversation starters, for example "One thing that helped me last week was..." and "Something I'd love your view on...". 4. Team norms: ask permission, be specific, thank the giver, no feedback by surprise in public. 5. A month-long challenge with one piece of feedback given and one received each week, and a tracking table. 6. The manager's role: model receiving feedback by asking the team first. 7. A survey of three questions, asked at the start and the end, with the change calculated as end average minus start average. 8. A one-page facilitator guide. Note that psychological safety takes time and cannot be forced.
