Add a 5-minute weekly routine, storage advice (keep only work-related information, use approved tools, avoid confidential details that should not leave company systems), and a template for the year-end self-review. Provide a monthly review routine of 20 minutes, a quarterly roll-up template with three headline achievements and the evidence for each, and advice on what to leave out, such as personal data of customers and confidential figures.
