Onboarding and How-To Reply Library With Links
Answer common setup questions quickly.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Create a library of replies for common setup and how-to questions. Product: [PRODUCT]. The top ten questions from tickets: [TOP_QUESTIONS]. Help center article links available: [HELP_LINKS]. Voice: [VOICE]. Return a table with columns: Macro name | Customer question (as they would write it) | Reply (60 to 120 words, with numbered steps for processes) | Link to include | Follow-up question | Information the agent should verify first | When not to use it. Rules for each reply: begin with a direct answer, not an apology; give the shortest path to success (three to five steps); mention the screen or button names exactly; offer to help further with a specific next step; end with a prompt such as "Let me know if the second step looks different on your screen, and send me a screenshot." Use placeholders for names and details. Use only links from my list and mark the missing ones as [ADD LINK]. After the table, add: a tagging scheme for macros, a monthly review process (which macros are used most, which are edited by agents the most, which get follow-up questions), and ten ideas for turning repeated macros into help center articles or product tips. Keep the reading level simple.
