Document how to connect other tools.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Write a setup guide for connecting [PRODUCT] with [OTHER_TOOL]. Audience skill level: [AUDIENCE_LEVEL]. What the integration does and does not do: [INTEGRATION_SCOPE]. Steps and settings as I know them: [KNOWN_STEPS]. Permissions required: [PERMISSIONS]. Structure the guide like this, using the checklist format where a reader needs to confirm something: WHAT YOU'LL GET: two sentences on the benefit and one on limitations. BEFORE YOU START: [ ] account types and plans needed, [ ] permission level needed in each tool, [ ] information to have ready (keys, URLs), [ ] how long it takes. STEPS: numbered, one action each, with the exact names of buttons and fields. After each major step, "You should see:" followed by the expected result. Add a placeholder for a screenshot [ADD SCREENSHOT] where useful. TEST IT: a way to confirm the integration works with a safe test record. HOW DATA FLOWS: what syncs, which direction, how often, and what is not synced. TROUBLESHOOTING: a table of five common problems (cause and fix), such as permission errors, expired tokens, rate limits, mismatched fields, and duplicates. DISCONNECTING: how to remove it, what happens to the data already synced. SECURITY AND PRIVACY: what access is granted and how to revoke it. Do not invent steps; mark uncertain ones [VERIFY].
