Help Center Search Optimization and Content Gap Review

Table output

Improve findability and cover missing questions.

The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.

Find content gaps and findability problems in my help center. Product: [PRODUCT]. Help center search data (top queries, queries with no results, queries followed by contacting support): [SEARCH_DATA]. Article list with titles and view counts: [ARTICLE_LIST]. Top ticket topics: [TICKET_TOPICS].

Return tables:
1. Query analysis: Query | Volume | Results found? | Best matching article | Problem (no article, wrong title wording, article buried, article too long, synonym missing) | Fix.
2. Gap list: Missing topic | Evidence (queries, tickets) | Priority | Article type needed | Suggested title in the customer's words.
3. Synonym and keyword map: customer term | official term | where to add (title, summary, keywords).
4. Article quality issues: Article | High views but low helpfulness | Reason | Rewrite plan.
5. Search settings: boosting, synonyms, typo tolerance, filters, and "did you mean" suggestions (depending on my tool).
6. Deflection potential: tickets that could be avoided if the article existed, estimated using my numbers (show the arithmetic and label it an estimate).

Finish with a prioritized 30-day backlog and a monthly review routine with three metrics (search success rate, no-result rate, contact rate after viewing). Do not claim a result I cannot derive from the data.
