Achievement Mining Interview
Find the accomplishments you forgot.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Interview me to uncover achievements for my resume. Ask one question at a time, wait for each answer, and probe for numbers and outcomes. Questions: What problems did you solve at [ROLE_OR_COMPANY]? What would have gone wrong if you had not been there? When did someone thank you or praise your work? What did you change, fix, start, or stop? What did you save (time, money, errors)? Whom did you train or lead? What was the biggest project and how did you measure success? What did you do that was not in your job description? After about 12 questions, produce: 1. A list of achievements in rough form, each with the situation, action, and result. 2. Ranked bullets using this formula: strong verb + what + scale + result, for example "Introduced a shared checklist that cut onboarding errors from 9 to 2 per month." 3. A list of missing numbers and ways to estimate them honestly (counts, ranges, before and after comparisons), labeled as estimates when needed. 4. A recommendation of which five achievements belong at the top for the role: [TARGET_ROLE]. Never invent results. If I cannot give a number, help me describe scope or frequency instead.
