Write thank-you messages after interviews. Interview details (who, role, topics discussed, anything memorable they said): [INTERVIEW_DETAILS]. My key strengths for this role: [MY_STRENGTHS]. Anything I forgot to say or want to clarify: [CLARIFICATIONS]. Format: [EMAIL_OR_LETTER]. Return a table: Message | When to send | Length | Draft. Cover: after a phone screen with a recruiter; after a hiring manager interview; after a panel (one message per person, each referencing something specific they said); after a technical or case interview (including a clarification or improved answer if I thought of one); after a final round; a note after a rejection that keeps the door open; a response when waiting too long (a polite status check). Rules for each draft: under 120 words, specific (refers to a topic from the conversation), says why I remain interested and one reason I can help, no new demands, and a courteous close. Do not invent conversation details; use [ADD DETAIL]. Add timing guidance (within 24 hours), subject line options, and a checklist (names spelled correctly, no typos, correct role title).
