Help me evaluate an employer through the questions I ask. Role and team: [ROLE_AND_TEAM]. What matters to me in a job: [MY_PRIORITIES]. Concerns or red flags I already noticed: [CONCERNS]. Interviewer roles: [INTERVIEWERS].

Create a scorecard with criteria. For each, give two questions to ask and what a healthy answer and a worrying answer sound like. Criteria: manager and leadership style; role clarity and expectations; success metrics in 90 days; team health and turnover; growth and learning; workload and flexibility; pay transparency and review process; company stability and direction; culture in practice (how decisions are made, how mistakes are handled); diversity and inclusion practices; and onboarding.

Return: a table (Criteria | Question | Healthy answer | Worrying answer | Weight for me); a plan assigning questions to each interviewer type (recruiter, manager, peer, executive); a note-taking template to score the employer after each conversation (1 to 5, with evidence); a list of ways to verify claims (talk to current and former employees, read recent news and reviews critically, ask for a team conversation); and a decision rule combining the score with my priorities. Questions should be asked politely and not as an interrogation. Don't invent facts about the employer.
