Google Docs Knowledge Base Article Draft
Create a help article from internal notes.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Draft a help article from these notes: [NOTES]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Product or process: [PRODUCT_OR_PROCESS]. Write the title as a question the reader would ask, with a one-sentence answer at the top, a short prerequisites section for knowledge the reader may not have, numbered steps with the expected result after each, a troubleshooting section, and related topics as placeholders. Keep sentences short and name buttons exactly as in my notes; mark uncertain labels [VERIFY]. Do not invent features. Suggest headings so the outline helps readers, search words a reader might use and where to place them naturally in the title and first paragraph, and one screenshot position per major step described in words without claiming screenshots exist. Add a line for owner and last review date and a short feedback line asking whether the article helped. Keep the article under 400 words unless the process needs more, and return Markdown that pastes well.
