Confluence Page Template Set for a Team
Create reusable templates with prompts inside each section.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Create a set of Confluence page templates for [TEAM_NAME]: meeting notes, decision record, project brief and retrospective. Our team's working style: [WORKING_STYLE]. Fields we always need: [REQUIRED_FIELDS]. For each template give the title pattern, headings in order (consistent names across templates, so search and navigation work), guidance text under each heading of under 25 words that can be deleted easily, the labels to add, an owner line and a version number, and which headings are required or removable. Add a short example of a well-filled section using invented content so authors can see the level of detail. Keep each template to one screen when blank. Give me the text in Markdown and explain how to save it as a template once pasted; I will check the exact steps in the space settings [VERIFY]. Include a maintenance checklist (owner, review every six months, retire unused templates), and say which of the four to start with if I can do only one this week, and why.
Fill in before use
Optional: type your details and the prompt above updates. Nothing is saved or sent.
Replace each bracketed placeholder with your own details, then paste into Any AI or another assistant.
