Confluence Space Structure and Page Tree Plan
Design a navigable page hierarchy for a new space.

Plan the structure of a new Confluence space. Purpose and audience: [PURPOSE_AND_AUDIENCE]. Content types we will store: [CONTENT_TYPES]. Number of contributors and their habits: [CONTRIBUTORS]. Existing content to migrate: [EXISTING_CONTENT]. Search terms people use: [SEARCH_TERMS]. Propose a page tree no more than three levels deep as an indented outline, with a home page layout, naming conventions for titles, a labels scheme, a template list and an archive area with a rule for when pages move there. Explain why each top-level page exists and who would look for it. Where a page could live in two places, choose one and suggest a link from the other, because duplicates go stale. Add a table mapping existing content to its new location, and flag content that fits nowhere as a sign the structure or the content needs rethinking. Test the plan with three realistic questions, such as where would I find last month's decision on pricing, showing the route a reader would take. Suggest what the home page should show for new visitors and for regular contributors, give permission rules in general terms [VERIFY what the space admin can set], and add a ten-minute test: three people find five items while you note where they hesitated.
