Create a rubric for judging code review comments. Review comments to evaluate: [REVIEW_COMMENTS]. The code context: [CODE_CONTEXT]. Team norms: [TEAM_NORMS].

Score each comment from 1 to 5 on specificity (points to the line and the issue), correctness, severity labelling (blocker, suggestion, nit), explanation of why, tone, and a concrete suggestion. Provide anchors for 1, 3 and 5 for each criterion.

Return a table with Comment, Scores, Total and A better version of the comment for any comment scoring under 15 out of 25, plus summary statistics: the average, the most common weakness and two team habits to adopt. Keep suggestions respectful and focus on the code, never the person.

Add a short section on comments that are missing: bugs or risks visible in the code that no reviewer mentioned. List up to three, with the line and the reason, only if the code context I supplied makes them clear. Do not invent problems. Also report the balance of comment types, for example three blockers, five suggestions and two nits, and say whether that balance suits the size of the change.
