Find and fix pages with a low click-through rate. Data (page, query, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, average position) from a search performance report: [PASTE_DATA]. Current titles and descriptions for the pages: [CURRENT_SNIPPETS]. Brand and audience: [BRAND_AND_AUDIENCE].

Step 1: identify opportunities. Compare each query's click-through rate with what is typical for its position range in my own data (calculate the average CTR by position bucket from the data I pasted rather than using generic benchmarks) and list pages that fall well below it, sorted by impressions.
Step 2: show BEFORE and AFTER for the top 10: current title and description, the problem (generic, truncated, not matching the query, no differentiator, no reason to click), and a rewritten pair with two variants (one benefit-led, one question or specificity-led) within length limits.
Step 3: check whether the result competes with search features that take clicks; note it if it likely does.
Step 4: plan tests: change one page group at a time; measure for 3 to 4 weeks against a comparison group; record the date of each change.

Rules: snippets must honestly represent the page; avoid clickbait; do not stuff keywords. Provide a tracking sheet layout and a warning that position changes and seasonality affect CTR.
