Audit a week of my time log. Entries with start, end and activity for seven days: [TIME_LOG]. My priorities this month: [PRIORITIES]. Fixed commitments: [COMMITMENTS]. Total time by category, compare with priorities, find fragmented blocks, activities that expand, and gaps that went unlogged. Be neutral about rest and family time. Return a table with Category, Hours, Share and Concern, three honest observations, and one change to try next week with a measure. Also suggest which categories to split or merge for next week's log, how to treat time that overlaps, and how to use the log to plan a more realistic schedule. Add a caution that a log is a tool for understanding, not a reason to criticise myself. Then convert the findings into an experiment. Choose one category that is taking too much time and one priority that is getting too little, and design a two-week test that moves thirty minutes a day between them. Write the rules, the measure of success, and what I will do if the week goes wrong. Provide a daily log template that takes under two minutes, a mid-test check on day five, and an end review with five questions: what changed, what was easier than expected, what was harder, what I will keep, and what I will drop. Add suggestions for protecting the new time from interruptions and for telling the people affected. Remind me that rest and relationships are part of a good schedule and not waste, and that if the log shows exhaustion I should consider talking to a doctor or a counsellor. Close by suggesting a small experiment I can run in the next two weeks to test the most uncertain recommendation before committing to a larger change.
