Audit my meeting invitations sent through Gmail and Google Calendar. Samples with title, description, length and attendees: [INVITES]. Standards we try to follow: [STANDARDS].

Open with the sample size and the dates covered. Score each invitation from 1 to 5 on three groups of checks: purpose and outcome, preparation (agenda, pre-reads, roles), and logistics (time zones, link, length). Show each total and the group averages, name the lowest group, and count the share with an agenda and with pre-reads. Do not treat a short invitation as poor when the meeting is a routine one-to-one, and say how you handled routine meetings.

Return a table, rewrite the two weakest invitations, and provide a standard invitation template of about 80 words. Suggest a rule, 'no agenda, no meeting', with kind wording to ask for one. Mark missing details [ADD] and do not invent attendees. Ask me for missing details, such as attendee numbers, rather than guessing. Give the rewritten invitations a clear title, purpose and agenda, and keep each under 100 words.
