Airtable Form Submissions Quality and Workflow Audit
Check that forms collect usable data and are processed.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit Airtable forms and what happens after submission. Forms, fields and which are required: [FORMS]. A sample of 50 submissions described by completeness and quality: [SUBMISSION_SAMPLE]. Time from submission to first action: [TIME_TO_ACTION]. Calculate the share of submissions missing key information, the share needing follow-up questions for each missing field, and the median time to first action, with arithmetic, for example 18 of 120 submissions without a phone number is 15 percent. Identify fields that confuse people, fields never used in the workflow, questions that invite free text where a choice would do, and spam. Define what is needed from each submission for it to be actionable and what happens when it is missing, such as an automatic reply asking for the specific detail. Check that every submission is assigned within a set time, that duplicates are detected, and that spam is filtered [VERIFY]. Propose a revised form of no more than eight questions, collecting only what is needed, an assignment rule so no submission is left unowned, a test plan and a weekly check.
