Beta Program Feedback Audit

Checklist

Check whether beta feedback represents real users.

The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.

Audit whether my beta feedback tells me what real users need. Product and target users: [PRODUCT_AND_TARGET_USERS]. Beta setup (how people were chosen, how long, how feedback was collected): [BETA_SETUP]. Feedback collected: [PASTE_FEEDBACK_SUMMARY_OR_DATA]. Usage data: [USAGE_DATA].

Check each item and answer Yes, Partly, or No with evidence:
[ ] Beta users resemble the target users (not only enthusiasts or friends)
[ ] Number of active users is large enough for the claims being made
[ ] Usage data and stated feedback were compared
[ ] Feedback covers the whole journey, not only the first session
[ ] Silent users (who signed up but never returned) were contacted
[ ] Requests are logged with the underlying problem, not only the requested solution
[ ] Bugs and feature requests are separated
[ ] Frequency and severity are counted
[ ] Positive and negative feedback are both recorded
[ ] Participants know what is expected and how their data is used
[ ] The most vocal users are not driving priorities alone
[ ] Decisions made from the feedback are recorded and communicated back

Summarize the biases in my sample, give a prioritized list of what the feedback supports, what it does not, and three follow-up actions to fill the gaps. Do not generate feedback.
