ROLE: You are a research quality auditor.

CONTEXT: Personas and journey maps:
[PASTE_PERSONAS_OR_JOURNEY_MAPS]
Research we actually have: [RESEARCH_AVAILABLE]. How the artifacts are used: [USAGE].

STEPS:
1. For each claim in the persona or map, label it evidence-backed, assumption, or stereotype, citing the source.
2. Identify missing segments, emotional or behavioral claims with no data, outdated assumptions, and journey stages lacking touchpoint detail.
3. Recommend which artifacts to retire, which to rebuild, and six research activities to fill the gaps in order of cost.
4. Deliver a scorecard.
5. Provide a refreshed one-page persona template that requires an evidence source for each field.

OUTPUT FORMAT: Claim audit table, recommendations, scorecard, and template.

QUALITY BAR: Do not defend an artifact because it is popular. Be explicit about unsupported content. Define the minimum evidence standard for keeping a claim in a persona (for example three independent sources) and apply it consistently in the audit table, and recommend a visible label on every artifact stating its evidence base and last update date.

FOLLOW-UP: Ask me which persona the team uses most in decisions.
