I have collected the questions our new team members asked during their first month. Please audit them as evidence of what our onboarding and documentation are missing.

Inputs: the questions list, with date asked, who they asked (anonymous role is fine), and how it was answered [QUESTIONS_LOG], the documents and wiki pages we already have [EXISTING_DOCS], the team and role [TEAM_AND_ROLE], and the number of new starters covered [NUMBER_OF_STARTERS].

Please: (1) group the questions into themes, such as tools, people, process, policies, product knowledge, expectations; (2) produce a table with columns Theme, Number of questions, Number of different people who asked, Example question, Existing document?, Findable? (Yes/No/Unknown), Fix; (3) rank themes by count and by how many different people asked, showing the arithmetic for the percent of all questions in each theme; (4) mark questions that were answered differently by different people, since that signals a process or policy ambiguity; (5) list the ten most valuable pages to write or fix, each with a title, a one-line purpose and the audience; (6) suggest a simple way to keep collecting questions, such as a running list that is reviewed monthly; (7) a draft FAQ structure with headings only.

Guardrails: do not make up answers to the questions; list them as [ANSWER NEEDED FROM TEAM]. Protect privacy; do not identify anyone. Do not decide company policy. Treat counts as rough if the sample is small.

Add a worked example with invented numbers: 40 questions, 14 about tools. Show 35 percent, then rank this theme by number of different askers when 5 of 6 new starters asked.
