Please audit how we onboard new clients, from the moment they agree to work with us to the first real delivery. Provide: (1) a step table with columns Step, Owner, Typical time, Client effort (Low/Medium/High), Handoff risk, Evidence of problems; (2) timing analysis for the five clients: days from signing to kickoff and to first delivery, the average and longest, with arithmetic; (3) a list of repeated or unnecessary requests to the client, and what we could ask once; (4) a review of expectation-setting: what the client is told about timing, communication frequency and what we need from them; (5) a scored assessment from 1 to 5 of Speed, Clarity, Warmth, Consistency, Data collection safety; (6) a redesigned flow with no more than seven steps and a welcome message template under 150 words. Guardrails: do not create contract wording or legal terms; mark any such point [VERIFY]. Don't invent client behaviour. Keep client names out. Recommend collecting only the information that is really needed, and sending sensitive items by approved channels. Add a worked example with invented dates: client signs 3 March, kickoff 17 March, first delivery 7 April. Show 14 days to kickoff and 35 days to first delivery.
