Monday.com Workspace Permissions and Guest Access Audit
Check who can view and edit boards and what they can see.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Review permissions in our monday.com account as a defensive review of access in my own organisation. Workspaces, boards and who has access: [ACCESS_LIST]. Guests and external users: [GUESTS]. Types of information on boards: [INFORMATION_TYPES]. Policy: [POLICY]. Give the number of boards, guests and members you reviewed at the start and list anything you could not judge. Check for private information in open workspaces, guests with more access than needed, former staff still listed, boards with no owner, and shared links. Treat the list as evidence, not a verdict: someone may have a good reason for access, so phrase each finding as a question to the board owner. Rate each by risk and effort, ranking by exposure of sensitive information and then by number of people affected, written so a non-technical manager can decide. Return a table, a recommended order of fixes, a message to board owners, and messages for guests whose access will end. Mark points that depend on exact permission settings [VERIFY]. Do not suggest anything that bypasses controls.
