Flag the same amount recurring monthly or annually, free trials that converted, charges that increased, duplicate charges, refunds that were never credited, and foreign currency fees. Calculate the annual cost of each subscription. Provide the steps to identify an unknown descriptor (search the descriptor, check emails, check app store accounts, ask household members) and a safe way to contact the bank or merchant. Draft a dispute message for one unknown charge.
