Audit our quarterly business reviews. Agendas, slides summaries, and notes from three recent QBRs: [QBR_MATERIALS]. Customer feedback on them: [CUSTOMER_FEEDBACK]. Outcomes that followed: [OUTCOMES].

Score each QBR from 1 to 5 on customer goals recap, evidence of value with numbers, honest discussion of problems, clear recommendations, agreed actions with owners and dates, and follow-up. Make a table with QBR, Scores, Strength, Gap, and Fix. Count the actions agreed and completed on time with the arithmetic. Identify patterns, such as too much product talk or no customer data. Propose a revised agenda and a follow-up email.

Do not invent customer feedback.

Add a worked score set for three QBRs (scores 3, 2, 4, 3, 2, 3 on six criteria for the first) and the action-completion calculation (7 actions agreed, 4 done by the date, 57 percent). Provide a revised 45-minute agenda: 10 minutes on their goals and results, 15 on value and numbers, 10 on issues, 10 on actions, and a follow-up email of 100 words.
