Audit the timing of a webinar. The slides with a one-line summary and the script or notes for each: [SLIDES_AND_NOTES]. Total time and Q and A time: [TOTAL_AND_QA_TIME]. Speaker pace if known: [SPEAKER_PACE].

Count the words in the script for each slide and estimate speaking time at 130 words per minute (an assumption I can change), with the arithmetic. Total it and compare with the time available for content. Make a table with Slide, Words, Minutes, Message, and Decision (keep, shorten, cut). Identify slides with too much text or too many ideas, transitions that need a sentence, and where interaction (a poll or question) fits. Provide a revised timeline that adds up to the slot including technical buffer.

Do not change the facts in my script.

Add a worked timing table for a 45-minute slot with 10 minutes of questions: content time 35 minutes; slides total 4,200 words at 130 words per minute is 32.3 minutes; add 3 minutes for a poll and 2 for transitions, which exceeds the slot by 2.3 minutes; cut slide 14 (180 words, 1.4 minutes) and shorten slide 9. Provide the revised timeline.

Slot: 45 minutes with 10 for questions, so 35 for content. Script 4,200 words at 130 words a minute = 32.3 minutes; poll 3 minutes; transitions 2 minutes; total 37.3, over by 2.3 minutes.
Actions: cut slide 14 (180 words, 1.4 minutes); shorten slide 9 by 100 words (0.8 minutes). New total 35.1 minutes.
Slide 6 has 9 bullets and a chart: split into two slides. Add the poll after slide 8. Revised timeline: 0:00 welcome, 2:00 context, 12:00 poll, 14:00 method, 28:00 results, 35:00 questions.
