Content ROI and Reporting Audit

Help me prove whether content earns its cost. Interview me, one question at a time and waiting for each answer: (1) the business goals content is meant to serve, (2) what we spend on content per month in time, freelancers, and tools, (3) how readers become leads or customers and what we track, (4) which analytics, CRM, and attribution tools we use, (5) what our reports show today and who reads them, (6) which content leaders believe works and what evidence they have. My notes so far: [CONTENT_PROGRAM_NOTES]. After the interview, produce: a measurement plan with metrics at four levels (output, reach, engagement, business results) linked to goals; a table of ROI formulas with my inputs and the assumptions made (cost per piece, assisted conversions, lifetime value if known, attribution caveats); a report template for monthly reviews of one page; a list of vanity metrics to stop reporting; and a data gaps list with how to close each. Give an honest example of a calculation with made-up numbers and clearly say it is an illustration. Warn about attribution limits and long lead times for content.
