Audit an email sequence. Emails in order with send timing and metrics (delivered, clicks, unsubscribes): [SEQUENCE_DATA]. Calculate click rate as clicks divided by delivered and unsubscribe rate as unsubscribes divided by delivered for each email, with arithmetic. Identify the email where interest drops and the one that causes most unsubscribes. Check each email for a distinct purpose, value before ask, and spacing. Return a table, three hypotheses with tests, and a revised sequence outline. Small lists make these rates noisy; say so. Add a worked table with invented metrics. Email 1: delivered 1,000, clicks 180 (18 percent), unsubscribes 4 (0.4 percent). Email 2: delivered 980, clicks 120 (12.2 percent), unsubscribes 5 (0.5 percent). Email 3: delivered 960, clicks 60 (6.3 percent), unsubscribes 20 (2.1 percent). Email 4: delivered 930, clicks 55 (5.9 percent), unsubscribes 6 (0.6 percent). Interest drops sharply at email 3 and unsubscribes spike there; read email 3 for length, tone or an early sales push. Hypotheses: (1) email 3 asks for a purchase before value has been shown; (2) its subject line promises something the email does not deliver; (3) it arrives too soon after email 2. Tests: move the offer to email 4, add a useful tip to email 3, change the gap from two days to four. Because the numbers are small, treat the pattern as a prompt for a test rather than a conclusion. Show the arithmetic for each rate. Provide a revised outline: email 1 deliver the promise, email 2 teach, email 3 teach with a story, email 4 invite, email 5 recap. Add guidance on measuring replies and conversions, not only clicks. Close by agreeing the single change to test first, the measure (clicks divided by delivered for email 3), the minimum number of recipients, and the date to review, so the sequence is changed one step at a time and the result can be trusted.

Invented sequence. Email 1: delivered 1,000, clicks 180 = 18 percent, unsubscribes 4 = 0.4 percent. Email 2: 980, clicks 120 = 12.2 percent, unsubscribes 5 = 0.5 percent. Email 3: 960, clicks 60 = 6.3 percent, unsubscribes 20 = 2.1 percent. Email 4: 930, clicks 55 = 5.9 percent, unsubscribes 6 = 0.6 percent. Email 3 is the problem: clicks halve and unsubscribes quadruple. Hypothesis: it asks for a purchase before value. Test: move the offer to email 4. Small lists are noisy.
