Critique my business plan as a cautious lender would. Paste the plan sections: [PLAN_TEXT]. Funding requested and intended use: [FUNDING_REQUEST]. Security or personal contribution I can offer: [CONTRIBUTION].

Check whether the market claims have sources, whether revenue assumptions follow from customers and price, whether costs are complete, whether the cash flow covers repayments with a margin of safety, and whether the owner's experience matches the plan. List the first ten questions a credit officer would ask, and the evidence I should attach for each.

Return a scorecard from 1 to 10 for market evidence, financial realism, risk awareness, management credibility and clarity, with red, amber or green findings quoted from the text. Finish with a prioritised fix list and the sections to rewrite first. This is education, not financial advice; lending terms are [VERIFY].

Add a closing line stating which single weakness would most likely lead to a decline.

Then prepare the supporting package a lender would request. List the documents with a short note on what each must show: personal and business financial statements, bank statements, tax returns, forecasts, contracts or letters of intent, quotes for equipment, insurance, lease terms and evidence of the owner's contribution. Create a table of the plan's key figures with the source document beside each, and mark figures without support. Write a one-page summary of the request: amount, purpose, repayment source, security offered and a fallback if sales are lower. Prepare answers to the hard questions about concentration, experience, competition and what happens if the owner is ill. Suggest a rehearsal with a friendly reviewer and a list of improvements to the plan after feedback. Lending criteria are [VERIFY] with the lender, and this is education, not financial advice.

Do a second pass on every calculation using a different method, report any difference, and remind me that a sanity check is not an audit and does not replace a professional review.

Scorecard (invented bakery plan)
Market evidence 4: "the cake market is worth billions" with no local data. Financial realism 5: sales assume 80 customers a day from month two. Risk awareness 3: no mention of rent increases or key person illness. Management credibility 7. Clarity 6.
First questions from a credit officer: What is the break-even number of customers? How was 80 a day estimated? What if sales are 30% lower? What security is offered?
Evidence to attach: lease draft, quotes for ovens, three months of pop-up sales records.
Fixes: rebuild revenue bottom-up; add a downside cash flow; attach documents. Education only.

Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
