Plan how to get a team to use personas and journey maps. Current attitudes: [ATTITUDES]. Audiences (design, engineering, marketing, sales, leadership): [AUDIENCES]. Assets available: [ASSETS].
Produce:
1. A 45-minute kick-off agenda with timings: a real participant story, the key personas, how to use them, a practice exercise.
2. Role-specific usage guides of about 60 words each: engineers choosing defaults, marketing shaping messages from journeys, sales using pains in discovery.
3. A "persona in the room" practice: one persona assigned to challenge each design review.
4. A 30-60-90 day plan as a table: Period | Action | Measurable adoption target.
5. Three concrete decisions in the next month where the team will deliberately consult the personas.
6. A quarterly refresh process.
7. A one-page cheat sheet and answers to two sceptical questions ("Aren't personas made up?" and "How do we know they are accurate?").
Measures: references in design documents, decisions changed, and a three-question team survey. Warn against overuse, and treat the artifacts as hypotheses to refine.
