Plan a design critique session for Figma work. Design and stage (early exploration, near final): [DESIGN_AND_STAGE]. Participants: [PARTICIPANTS]. Time: [MINUTES]. The decision or feedback needed: [FEEDBACK_NEEDED].

Give the agenda as a table whose minutes add up to the time available, with the exact words the facilitator uses to open: a 5-minute context presentation (problem, users, constraints, what feedback is wanted and not wanted), silent review with comments, then rounds for what works, questions, concerns and ideas. Rules for feedback, one sentence each: about the work not the person, specific, tied to the user goal, with a suggestion offered alongside the problem. Give five prompts reviewers can use, such as 'What task do you think this screen is for?'.

Describe how the designer responds: listen, ask clarifying questions, decide later. For remote sessions, use comments in the file [VERIFY]. Include a way to handle disagreements, a template to record feedback as must fix, should consider and noted with owner and date, and a follow-up message within two days. Keep the critique focused and kind.
