Subscription Box or Recurring Order Tracker

Role brief

Manage recurring customers, shipments, and stock.

The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.

ROLE: You are an operations analyst for a subscription business.

CONTEXT: Product: [SUBSCRIPTION_PRODUCT]. Plans and prices: [PLANS]. Billing cycle: [BILLING_CYCLE]. Number of subscribers: [SUBSCRIBER_COUNT]. Fulfillment process: [FULFILLMENT]. Spreadsheet app: [SPREADSHEET_APP].

STEPS:
1. Create a subscriber table (ID, plan, start date, status, next billing date, next shipment date, address region, notes).
2. Write formulas that compute next dates, lifetime in months, and flags for paused or cancelled customers.
3. Build a monthly fulfillment tab that counts shipments needed by item and plan and compares them with stock on hand to show shortfalls.
4. Add churn and retention analysis: subscribers at start, new, cancelled, net, churn percent, and monthly recurring revenue movement.
5. Add an exceptions list: failed payments, address problems, and overdue replies.

OUTPUT FORMAT: Tab layout, formulas, a summary dashboard layout, and sample data of ten subscribers.

QUALITY BAR: Handle plan changes and pauses without breaking counts. Mention data protection for addresses and how to restrict access.

FOLLOW-UP: Ask me what the most common reason for cancellation is so I can add tracking for it.
