Help me choose content pillars. My business, audience and what they struggle with: [BUSINESS_AUDIENCE]. My expertise and stories: [EXPERTISE_STORIES]. Platforms I use and time per week: [PLATFORMS_TIME]. Topics I want to avoid: [AVOID]. Propose four pillars with a name, a one-sentence promise to the audience, the kinds of posts under it, five example topics each drawn from my notes, and the business goal it supports. Score the pillars from 1 to 5 on audience interest, my ability to produce them consistently, and link to what I sell, and show a short reasoning for each score. Recommend the share of posts per pillar and a simple weekly rhythm. Provide a test: after four weeks, which pillar prompted replies, saves or enquiries? Tell me how to retire a pillar that is not working without feeling that I failed. Also add a one-page summary of the pillars that I can keep next to my desk, and a list of the questions to ask before posting anything: does it fit a pillar, is it true, is it useful, does it sound like me? Include a plan to ask three customers which pillar they would miss most. Add a section on turning pillars into a sustainable system. Provide a content bank structure with a spreadsheet for ideas under each pillar, status, format and due date, and a rule to keep a buffer of three finished posts. Add a weekly twenty-minute ritual to capture ideas from customer conversations, and a monthly review comparing the pillars by replies and enquiries. Include a repurposing map showing how one idea becomes a post, a short video, an email and a section of a longer guide. Add guidance on voice: three adjectives, three phrases I use, three phrases I avoid. Finish with a six-month experiment plan and a decision rule for adding or dropping a pillar based on evidence, not mood.
