Customer Feedback Retrospective

Plan a client feedback review at the end of a project. Project and deliverables: [PROJECT_AND_DELIVERABLES]. Client contacts: [CLIENT_CONTACTS]. What we want to learn: [LEARNING_GOALS]. Produce: an invitation email (100 words); an interview guide of 12 questions (what mattered most to you? where did the process work well or poorly? communication? surprises? would you recommend us and why? what should we change?); a short survey option using a 1 to 5 scale; a plan to run a 45-minute call; a notes template; a method for analyzing feedback (themes, counts, quotes with permission); and a follow-up message (90 words) that tells the client what we will change. Add rules: invite honest criticism, do not defend, thank them, separate fixable issues from structural ones, and share positive feedback with the team. Include a log of actions. Write the invitation (80 words), the opening statement for the call, and a single scoring question at the end (how likely to work with us again, 0 to 10). Specify how long to wait before sending the thank-you and the action summary.
