Rewrite these requirements for our Jira backlog using agile practice: [REQUIREMENTS_TEXT]. Our product and users: [PRODUCT_AND_USERS]. Terms and acronyms specific to us: [GLOSSARY].

For each requirement restate the user need in one sentence, remove non-essential solution language (say what the underlying need seems to be and ask me to confirm), split compound requirements (show the original text and the new lines side by side), replace vague words such as fast, easy or secure with measurable statements (for every vague word you cannot turn into a number, offer two plausible measurable versions and let me choose), and rewrite as a story with acceptance criteria. Use my glossary and do not substitute synonyms, since the team searches the backlog by those words. Keep a table linking each original line to the new stories so nothing is lost.

Example: 'The system should be fast and easy to use and send emails and reports' splits into separate stories for performance, usability, emails and reports. Return the table of changes, the new stories, the ambiguous terms with a question for the author, and a note on any requirement that is really a non-functional constraint better stored as a team agreement. Do not add features the author did not ask for.

Original line: 'The system should be fast and easy to use and send emails and reports.' Split into stories. 1 'As a customer, I want my order confirmation email within one minute, so that I know it was received' (measurable instead of fast). 2 'As a manager, I want a weekly sales report as a PDF, so that I can review without logging in.' 3 Non-functional: pages load in under 3 seconds on a normal connection (to be confirmed). Traceability table: original line to stories 1, 2, 3. Ambiguous term flagged: 'easy to use' needs a test with five users.

Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
