Write an organisational capacity statement. Mission, history and size: [MISSION_HISTORY]. Staff, volunteers and governance: [PEOPLE_GOVERNANCE]. Financial management and systems: [FINANCE_SYSTEMS]. Relevant past projects with results: [PAST_PROJECTS].

Write 250 to 350 words that demonstrate capacity through facts: years of operation, people and skills, systems for finance and safeguarding, partnerships, and track record. Include a table of past projects with funder, amount, dates, outcome and a contact only if I give permission. Avoid superlatives and mark any claim lacking evidence [ADD EVIDENCE]. Provide a list of supporting documents funders may request (policies, accounts, registration), to be confirmed with the funder [VERIFY] and prepared by the right people.

Also add a short list of capacity gaps that I should address honestly, such as a new finance system, and how to present a plan to strengthen capacity without sounding unprepared.

Every claim about need or impact must come from my material. Where evidence is missing, write [ADD EVIDENCE] instead of guessing, and remind me to check the funder's current rules [VERIFY].
