Present it as a one-page sheet with a section called Five rules that matter most, marking which values are examples to replace. Include a table of colour combinations that pass contrast checks only if I supply hex values; otherwise ask for them. Add a process for requesting new templates, a process for exceptions (who approves a departure and how it is recorded), a pre-publishing checklist, and a four-week rollout: set up the kit and build three templates, test with two creators, train the team for 30 minutes, then review use.
