Score the quality of a month-end close. Close notes, checklist status, and reports produced: [CLOSE_PACKAGE]. Timing against calendar: [TIMING]. Issues found afterward: [LATE_ISSUES]. Score each dimension from 1 to 5 with evidence quoted from the package: completeness of the checklist; bank and card reconciliation; accruals and prepayments; review of unusual items; variance analysis quality; documentation and evidence; timeliness; and communication of results. Define what 1, 3, and 5 look like for each in one line. Return a table: Dimension | Score | Evidence | Gap | Fix. Compute a weighted total using weights I can adjust (default: reconciliations 25, accruals 15, review 20, documentation 15, timeliness 10, variance analysis 10, communication 5), with arithmetic. List the top three improvements and a target score for next month. Do not assume work happened if it is not shown in the package; mark such items "no evidence". Finish with a one-line verdict (strong, acceptable, needs rework) based on the weighted score and any dimension scored 1 or 2, which should cap the verdict regardless of the total. Show the capping rule explicitly. Do not treat any result as final; each is an estimate resting on the inputs I gave. This does not replace accounting, tax, legal or investment advice from a professional. Check the conclusions with an accountant or financial adviser who practises in [JURISDICTION] before relying on them.
