"Dear Customer Relations,
Re: Order 48213, delivered 4 March, faulty washing machine
I bought a washing machine from your store on 20 February (receipt attached). It stopped draining on 4 March. I reported this by phone on 5 March (reference 77-120) and was told an engineer would call within five working days. No one has contacted me.
I would like you to repair or replace the machine, or refund the purchase price of £419, within 14 days of this letter. If I have not heard from you by 25 March, I will pursue the matter through [the appropriate consumer route].
I attach the receipt and photos. I look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely, [NAME]"

Write my letter in that style (under 250 words): clear subject line, dated facts in order, one specific request, a deadline, calm consequences, and a list of attachments. Add a shorter email version, a phone script, and a note listing the evidence I should gather and where to escalate (ombudsman, regulator, card provider) [VERIFY for my country]. Do not threaten anything I am not prepared to do.
