Cover typical needs: days until due date and overdue flags; progress percent from related tasks (rollup with percent checked); next due date among related tasks (rollup earliest date with a filter); status icons using conditional text; counting items by status in a related database; total hours and cost; full name from first and last name; formatting dates and numbers; avoiding empty-value errors; a "needs attention" checkbox formula combining several conditions; a recurring task due date approach; and filtered rollups (only open tasks). Add instructions for creating each relation (two-way), naming properties clearly, and testing with three sample rows including blank values. Provide a troubleshooting list (rollups showing zero because of a filter, formulas returning errors on empty properties, property type mismatches). Note limits (formulas cannot write to other pages; automations or buttons are needed for that).
