Analyze and report staff survey results responsibly.

The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.

Analyze employee survey results responsibly. Survey questions and scales: [SURVEY_QUESTIONS]. Results by question and group (with group sizes): [RESULTS_DATA]. Minimum group size for reporting: [MIN_GROUP_SIZE]. Previous results for comparison: [PREVIOUS_RESULTS]. Comments (anonymized): [COMMENTS].

Take the data through this tree:
1. Privacy check: IF a group has fewer than [MIN_GROUP_SIZE] respondents THEN suppress or merge it; check that combinations of filters cannot identify individuals; remove names and identifying details from comments.
2. Response rate: IF low or uneven across groups THEN flag it and warn that results may not represent everyone.
3. For each question: calculate favorable, neutral, unfavorable percentages and the change versus the previous survey. IF the change is within about the margin of error for the group size THEN treat it as stable, not as an improvement or decline.
4. Rank the strengths and concerns by gap from target or from the organizational average.
5. Drivers: IF two items move together, mention the association but never claim causation.
6. Comments: code themes and match them to the quantitative results.

Deliver: a findings summary with the top three strengths and top three issues, a group comparison table, a communication plan for sharing results, a facilitated action planning session format for managers, and a commitments tracker. Warn against punishing teams with low scores.

Privacy: two groups (Facilities, n=4; Legal, n=3) are under the minimum of 5; merged into "Corporate". Response rate 71% overall; 48% in Warehouse (flag).
Favorable % by question (n=210) : "I know what is expected of me" 84% (+2 vs last year, within normal variation, treat as stable); "I receive useful feedback" 52% (-9, notable); "I would recommend working here" 66% (+1).
Top strengths: clarity of role, team respect. Top concerns: feedback, workload. Comment themes: "feedback only at annual review" (31 comments).
Caution: association between feedback and intent to stay is not proof of cause. Next: manager sessions to choose two actions; share results within two weeks; do not rank teams in public.

Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
