Divide a group document fairly and keep it consistent.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Plan collaboration on a group document in Google Docs. Task and deadline: [TASK_AND_DEADLINE]. People and strengths: [PEOPLE]. Sections: [SECTIONS]. Target word count: [TARGET_WORDS]. Rules from the course or client: [RULES]. Allocate sections with word counts that add up to the target (show the arithmetic), set internal deadlines counted back from the final date, and agree how to edit each other's work (Suggesting mode) and how to keep the voice consistent. Add a contribution table everyone agrees, so the plan supports fair work, and a short team agreement with five rules, including how to handle a missed deadline kindly. Plan a final read-through by one person, a check that all sources are cited, a one-page proofreading checklist, and a short guide on giving feedback kindly. The plan must follow the rules of the institution or client about collaboration, and if the group is unsure what is allowed, ask in advance. Keep the plan to two pages. If the sections I listed do not add up to the target, say by how many words and suggest where to adjust.
