Create a value proposition canvas for each customer segment. Business and offer: [BUSINESS_AND_OFFER]. Segments: [SEGMENTS]. What I know from conversations or data about customer jobs, pains, and gains: [CUSTOMER_KNOWLEDGE]. For each segment, produce a table: Customer side: Jobs to be done (functional, social, emotional) | Pains (ranked by severity) | Gains (ranked by importance), each tagged Evidence or Hypothesis. Offer side: Products and services | Pain relievers (how each reduces a pain) | Gain creators. Fit check: Which pains and gains does the offer address? Which are ignored? Is the fit proven (customers pay or commit) or assumed? Then: a one-sentence value proposition per segment in the form "For [customer] who [job or pain], we provide [offer] that [benefit], unlike [alternative]"; the riskiest assumptions ranked; five tests to run in two weeks (interview script questions, a landing page, pre-orders, a pilot, price test) with success thresholds; and a prioritization of segments by size, need, reachability, and willingness to pay, using a simple scoring table with arithmetic. Do not invent customer quotes or data.
