The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write instructions for an assistant that turns meeting transcripts or notes into minutes. Meeting types and participants: [MEETING_TYPES]. Output needs: [OUTPUT_NEEDS]. Confidentiality rules: [CONFIDENTIALITY]. Tools: [TOOLS]. Write the instruction set: - Output structure: title, date, attendees, purpose, summary (5 sentences), decisions (with who decided), action items (owner, due date, source line), open questions, risks, and next meeting. - Accuracy rules: attribute statements only to speakers the transcript names; never invent owners or dates (write "owner not stated"); keep numbers exact; mark unclear audio as [unclear]; distinguish decisions from discussion and proposals. - Tone: neutral and concise; do not editorialize or judge participants. - Sensitive content: exclude personal or off-topic remarks, health information, and HR matters unless instructed; mark confidential items. - Follow-up: draft a short email with actions; list items needing confirmation. - Quality check: list any action item that lacks an owner or date. Add a consent and recording notice template [VERIFY recording rules in my region], a review step in which a participant checks the minutes before circulation, and a test using a sample transcript with deliberately ambiguous statements. Explain what the assistant cannot know, such as tone and non-verbal cues.
