Audit my habit tracking. Habits with the days I completed them over [NUMBER_OF_WEEKS] weeks: [HABIT_LOG]. The time and place for each: [TIME_AND_PLACE]. Triggers and rewards: [TRIGGERS_AND_REWARDS]. Barriers: [BARRIERS].

Calculate the completion rate for each habit (days done divided by days tracked), the longest streak and how often I restart after a miss, with the arithmetic. Identify the habits with the highest and lowest rates and patterns by day of week. For each habit ask what the cue is, how large the step is, and what happens after a miss. Suggest design changes (smaller version, clearer cue, better timing, remove a barrier) for the two lowest, a plan to drop a habit that does not matter, and a weekly review question.

Do not give health or medical advice; keep to scheduling and design.

Add a worked rate example: reading done on 17 of 28 days is 61 percent, exercise on 9 of 28 is 32 percent, and the longest streak for each, with a suggested redesign of exercise from 30 minutes at 6 pm to 10 minutes after breakfast. Include a rule for a bad-week minimum.
