Review a spreadsheet report page for readability, number formatting, labels and print settings, and get a prioritised polish list for readers.

Please review a spreadsheet page that I send to other people as a report and tell me how readable it is. Treat it like a reader who has 60 seconds. Mention settings or menus only with [VERIFY].

Inputs: the page title and purpose [REPORT_PURPOSE], the audience and what they decide with it [AUDIENCE_AND_DECISION], the layout described cell by cell or as headers and sample rows [LAYOUT_DESCRIPTION], the formats I have used for numbers, dates and colours [FORMATTING_USED], and how it is shared, printed or on screen [DELIVERY_METHOD].

Provide: (1) a scorecard from 1 to 5, with reasons, for: Clear title and date, Key message visible without scrolling, Logical column order, Consistent number formats and decimals, Units and currency labelled, Totals and subtotals clear, Colour use meaningful and readable for colour-blind readers, Fonts and spacing, Freeze panes or headers repeated on every printed page, Fits page width, Notes explaining exceptions; (2) a total out of 55 and a plain label; (3) a table of specific changes with columns Issue, Where, Why it matters, Fix, Effort; (4) a revised header block and legend text; (5) a checklist of print settings to check; (6) three questions to ask a reader about whether the report works.
