Figma File Sharing, Access and Version Hygiene Review (Defensive)
Check who can view and edit designs.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Review access to our Figma files as a defensive review of my own team's files. Projects, files, who has edit or view access, link sharing settings and external collaborators: [ACCESS_LIST]. Sensitivity of designs (unreleased products, client work): [SENSITIVITY]. Policy: [POLICY]. Present the access as a matrix of project against role and link setting, marking each cell as intended or not intended based on what I tell you. Rank issues: public or anyone-with-link files holding confidential work, external editors who no longer need access, files owned by people who left, projects without a clear owner, and plugins or widgets with broad permissions [VERIFY]. For each, describe the harm in plain words and give the fix. Return a table, a message asking file owners to confirm the people on each file, a leaver routine that transfers ownership before the account is closed, and a quarterly review of external access. Base findings on the list and ask for what is missing. Mark settings [VERIFY].
