Review our Azure DevOps organisation settings as a defensive check of my own organisation's access. Projects, groups and members: [GROUPS]. Roles with admin rights: [ADMINS]. Guest users and external access: [GUESTS]. Policies on public projects and third-party access: [POLICIES].

Begin with the numbers: how many users, groups and projects you reviewed. Look for users with admin rights who do not need them, former staff, external users with broad access, projects visible to everyone, and permissions assigned to individuals instead of groups. For each group of users, state in one sentence what access they appear to need for their role and what they have, and ask me to confirm before any change.

Return a table with Finding, Evidence (such as group name and member count), Risk, Fix and Who to ask. Group findings by theme so one fix can resolve several, and separate must-fix items from improvements. Provide a short message asking a group owner to confirm membership. Mark setting names you cannot confirm [VERIFY]. Do not change anything until the owner agrees.
