Audit overdue tasks and workload in Asana. An export or list with task, assignee, due date, completed date, project, and priority for the last quarter: [TASK_DATA]. Team capacity (hours per week per person): [TEAM_CAPACITY].

Calculate for each person the number of tasks assigned, the number completed on time, overdue now, and the on-time rate (on time divided by due), showing the arithmetic. Identify patterns by project, day of week, task type, and creator. Spot tasks repeatedly rescheduled, tasks without estimates, and people with more assigned work than capacity based on estimates I provide. Make a table of findings and propose three changes (limit work in progress, add buffers, clarify priorities, delegate). Create a short script for a team conversation that focuses on process not blame.

Use only my data; mark conclusions from small samples as tentative. Mark Asana reporting features as [VERIFY].

Add a worked on-time table: person A 40 tasks due, 34 on time (85 percent); person B 55 due, 31 on time (56 percent); person C 20 due, 19 on time (95 percent); and the follow-up questions to ask before concluding that B is overloaded rather than behind.
