PowerPoint Storyline and Slide Flow Review
Check that the deck builds an argument and not just a collection of slides.

Review the flow of my PowerPoint deck. Slide titles in order with one line of content each: [SLIDE_OUTLINE]. Audience and decision: [AUDIENCE_AND_DECISION]. Read only the titles in order and say whether they tell the story on their own; give a 30-second summary of the story as it stands, then the story as the audience would experience it, slide by slide, in one sentence each, so I can hear where it drags. Mark the three strongest and three weakest slides with reasons. Check that the answer comes early, each slide has one point, evidence follows claims, transitions make sense, and the ending states the action; find repeated points, orphan slides, slides out of order and gaps in the argument. Propose a reorder and revised titles as full sentences, and offer a ten-slide and a five-slide version, stating what each drops. Return a table marking each slide Keep, Move, Merge or Cut with the reason, the slide count and time saved before and after, and the story in three sentences before and after. Keep my content and add no claims.

Invented titles read in order: 1 Q2 results. 2 Revenue. 3 Costs. 4 Customers. 5 Team news. 6 Plans. 7 Questions. Problem: the titles are topics, not a story. Rewritten: 2 'Revenue grew 12 percent, ahead of plan'. 3 'Costs grew 8 percent, driven by freight'. 4 'Churn fell to 5.1 percent'. 6 'Three decisions needed to keep the pace'. Story in three sentences. Slides 5 merges into appendix. Slide count 7 to 6. Check by reading only the titles aloud: if the listener can state the conclusion, the storyline works; time saved by cutting one slide is about 1.5 minutes.
